Associazione Cacciatori Lombardi (A.C.L.) is a regional hunting association committed to defending the rights of independent hunters and safeguarding all forms of traditional hunting. Since its foundation, it has advocated for the reinstatement of hunting derogations, regarded as an integral part of Lombardy’s hunting heritage.

A.C.L. promotes a balanced hunting calendar aligned with local territorial characteristics, supporting solutions that take into account the needs of the hunting community, local traditions, and the long-term sustainability of wildlife populations. The Association works to ensure that hunting-related competences are entrusted to Regions and Provinces, strengthening decision-making autonomy at the local level.

The Association upholds the equal legitimacy of every hunting practice, supports the revision of the national regulatory framework, firmly condemns poaching, and is committed to environmental protection through habitat improvement and restoration initiatives. A.C.L. also promotes the value of rural traditions and the hunter’s historical, cultural, and social role, while contributing to the safeguarding of the hunting and firearms sector and its wider supply chain.
