EQUIPMENT

Access to exhibitors and their own set-ups is allowed only if they have a specific assemble and disassemble pass printable in advance from the Safety Portal. The day before the event, the exhibitor can also access by showing the exhibitor card which will be used for access during the event. Please note that the stands must be completed the day before the event.

 

EXHIBITOR PASSES

The passes can be printed themselves and shown at the entrance.
They are strictly personal and cannot therefore be given to third persons. They allow a maximum of 4 entrances/exits per day.
